下载或使用 Vista 即表示您同意本使用条款。若您不同意，请勿使用本应用。
2. 许可授权
Vista 授予您一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，允许您在自有或受您控制的 Apple 设备上，依据 App Store 服务条款，将本应用用于个人非商业的学习用途。
3. 购买与恢复
「Vista Pro」（商品标识：com.bytelink.vista.pro）是一次性、非消耗型的应用内购买，为购买的 Apple ID 永久解锁高级内容。
- 它不是订阅，不会自动续费。
- 您可在任何登录相同 Apple ID 的设备上，通过「恢复购买」按钮恢复。
- 所有付款由 Apple 处理；退款依 Apple 政策由 Apple 办理。
4. 可接受使用
您同意不对本应用或其内容进行逆向工程、复制、再分发或转售，且不将本应用用于任何非法目的。
5. 内容与知识产权
Vista 中的所有学习内容、插图、文本与软件均归开发者或其许可方所有，受知识产权法律保护。教育内容仅供学习使用，以「现状」提供，不保证完整性或准确性。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
Vista 以「现状」提供，不附带任何形式的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。
7. 终止
本许可在终止前持续有效。若您违反本条款，您的权利将自动终止。终止后您须停止使用并删除本应用。
8. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款。任何变更将更新本页上方的「生效日期」；更新后继续使用即视为接受修订后的条款。

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Vista, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
Vista grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial learning use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Purchases & Restore
"Vista Pro" (product identifier: com.bytelink.vista.pro) is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks premium content permanently for the purchasing Apple ID.
- It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
- You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via the Restore button.
- All payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the app or its content, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All learning content, illustrations, text, and software in Vista are owned by the developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and is offered "as is" without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Vista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
